Due to the personal nature of our grooming products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

For unopened and unused products, return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
